GulfMerger's Principal Investment activities leverage our client relationships and access to client deal flow as well as our transactional and operational experience to make private equity and equity-related investments primarily in situations where we can add strategic, operational, and financial value to portfolio companies, including growth acceleration through mergers and acquisitions.

Our investments represent influential minority ownership interests in partnership only with other like-minded strategic and/or financial investors. We do not invest on our own so as not to compete with our clients.
